                                                        PIANO ART STUDIO

  Dear Friends, Piano Art Studio is open to anyone who wants to learn how to play piano and to understand music.  Our teachers are professional musicians with higher educational degrees received from the best conservatories of the former Soviet Union and have extensive teaching experience in Europe and the United States.  In our studio, we have students of all ages, ranging from young children to retired seniors. In addition to teaching youth and appreciators of music, we prepare professional musicians for acceptance to university and college programs.  Our students successfully perform in competitions both nationally and internationally. Among them are winners of prestigious worldwide competitions in Italy, Argentina, Russia and USA. Our studio houses five grand pianos, which gives students the opportunity to learn piano concertos and play them with orchestras.  Our students perform with known conductors such as Esa Pekka Salonen, Alexander Treger, Leon Tide, and other leaders in the international field.  Our vast sheet music library allows the best repertoire to be tailored for each student. Correspondingly, our collection of recordings allows students to listen to performance pieces of the greatest musicians of all time. Students have the ability to record themselves practicing in the studio, which is important for preparing for a performance.  We have at least biannual recitals for our students in Los Angeles musical centers including the Colburn School and UCLA, among others. Teachers of the Piano Art Studio are members of the Music Teachers’ Association of California. Subsequently, students have an option to receive transferable credit for colleges and universities for classes taken at our school.
